The Professional Fighters League (PFL) is bringing its adrenaline-pumping action back to the Green Halls for PFL MENA 2, and the line-up is one to watch.

On Friday July 4, fans will get the chance to witness 12 high-energy MMA bouts featuring top international talent, rising regional stars and homegrown Saudi heroes.

For the uninitiated: 32 elite fighters from across the Middle East and North Africa will compete in the PFL’s signature format: one fight, then semi-finals, then the finals to crown the absolute best.

Tickets for this MMA tournament with 12 live fights start from SAR30 on webook.com, with doors opening at 6pm.

Whether you’re cage-side or catching the action live on STARZPLAY from the couch, it’s set to be an unforgettable night. Here’s the lowdown on who will be entering the ring.

Must-see: Omar El Dafrawy vs Daniele Miceli

Headlining the evening is a welterweight clash between PFL MENA Champion Omar “God First” El Dafrawy and Italian submission specialist Daniele “The Cyborg” Miceli.

El Dafrawy returns to the SmartCage after a dominant run in the PFL MENA circuit, while Miceli, fresh off his strong showing in last year’s PFL Europe finals, brings his own brand of pressure to the fight.

Expect a battle of contrasting styles and plenty of drama (of course) when the cage door shuts.

Witness a homecoming and a history-maker

The night kicks off with Riyadh’s very own Abdulaziz Bin Moammar facing Egypt’s Hassan Ahmed in an amateur showcase bout. After an impressive debut at PFL MENA 1 in Jeddah, Bin Moammar returns to fight on home turf.

Also returning to the cage is Hattan Alsaif, Saudi Arabia’s first female MMA fighter, who takes on Tunisia’s Nour Al Fliti in an amateur atomweight bout. Alsaif is still unbeaten in her young career, and her performance is expected to be a proud moment for local fans.

Twelve fights, one massive night

From tournament quarterfinals in the welterweight and bantamweight brackets to hard-hitting showcase bouts, PFL MENA 2 is bringing a full card of action to Riyadh.

Fighters from across the region and beyond, including Nawras Abzakh, Mokhtar Benkaci, Marcel Adur, and Xavier Alaoui, will step into the SmartCage, each looking to punch their way one step closer to the SAR375,058.70 (USD 100,000) prize and a shot at the global PFL championship, with a prize of SAR 3,750,256.89 (USD 1 million).

And if you’re looking for entertainment elsewhere, rest assured that between fights, live sets from DJ NHA will keep the energy levels high throughout the night.
