Goalkeeper Abdullah Al-Mayouf signed a contract today, Wednesday, to join the first football team of Al-Shabab Club, according to what the media center of Al-Shabab Club announced via its official account on the social networking site “X” (formerly Twitter).

Al-Shabab is the fourth major stop in Al-Muaiouf’s career, as he started with Al-Hilal in the youth ranks, then moved to Al-Ahly Jeddah in 2007, which is the longest period in his career with one team.

In 2016, Al-Mayouf returned to Al-Hilal again, to remain within its ranks until the summer of 2023, and from there he moved to Al-Ittihad Jeddah.

At the end of last season, Al-Muaiouf was out of Ittihad Jeddah’s plans, despite the departure of the main Brazilian goalkeeper, Marcelo Grohe.
